Green is Necro I believe. Red is Elementalist.

I think those are those two. Not 100% sure, but I know it's in a guide or post somewhere around here ... see if I can find it.

If I recall right...

Dark Green = Necromancer
Light Green = Ranger
Red = Elementalist
Purple = Mesmer
Blue = Monk
Orange/Yellow = Warrior

It should match the color of the profession's skill pictures.

I agree with kha. It should be the same as the divine aura for the specific class.

To get the Signet of Capture, you must do a quest that leaves from Lions Arch. The guy that gives it to you is on a hill overlooking the big fountain.

In the quest, you go into the North Kryta explorable area and up to the beach (through the bog or up the way to Ascalon Settlement. Your choice). Then you find this small place where these things that look like stone elementals are. Kill 5 of them and pick up their enchanted clay things that they drop and return them to the guy who gave the quest to you. He will reward you with some exp and the SoC (your first one for free)... (talk to him twice, I think, for propper reward)...
